What do I say when a hotel says they have their own marketing agency?
Hotels having a marketing agency has nothing to do with you.
You are not trying to replace their agency — you are offering something their agency cannot give them: fresh, authentic, on-site content created inside their actual rooms by a real traveler their guests trust.
Agencies don’t sleep in the rooms.
Agencies don’t eat the breakfast or walk through the lobby.

Usage rights (how and where the image will be used)
Duration (how long they want to use it)
Visibility & reach (how large the audience will be — e.g., a local boutique hotel vs. Marriott’s global campaign)
